Ingredients:
- 400g pork mince
- 2 Continental beef stock pot sensations
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 400g Woolworths diced tomatoes with basil & oregano
- 125g dried Vetta smart fibre spaghetti, broken into 4-5cm pieces
- 500g Woolworths winter veg mix
- 30g Woolworths Australian parmesan, finely grated
Cooking Method
- Combine mince and half of one stock pot in a large bowl. Using 1 tbs at a time, roll mixture into meatballs.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs for 10 minutes or until browned. Transfer meatballs to a large plate.
- Add tomato, 3 cups water and remaining stock pot mixture to saucepan. Br ing to the boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add pasta and simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender , adding vegetables and meatballs halfway through.
- Divide minest rone among bowls. Serve topped with parmesan.
