Supporting you in your home
To receive a package an assessment will need to be conducted by ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) who will determine the package level that will allow the appropriate amount of care required to enable you to live a happy and independent life in your own home. The packages consist of four levels of care:
- Level 1 - Basic Care needs
- Level 2 - Low Level Care needs
- Level 3 - Intermediate Care needs
- Level 4 - High Level Care needs
