Materials Needed
- A selection of rhythmic music (drumming tracks, upbeat songs etc.
- Space to move around

Instructions
- Choose Your Music: Select rhythmic music that has a steady beat. Drumming tracks or upbeat songs work well for this activity.
- Warm-Up: Start with a gentle warm-up to get your body moving. This can include stretching or simple movements like marching in place.
- Follow the Beat:
- Play the music and begin moving to the rhythm. You can clap, tap your feet, or use percussion instruments if available.
- Experiment with different movements such as dancing, swaying, or even simple exercises like jumping jacks or squats.
- Express Yourself: Encourage participants to express themselves freely through movement. There are no right or wrong ways to move—just follow the beat and let the music guide you.
- Cool Down:
- After about 15-20 minutes, gradually slow down the movements and transition to a cool-down phase with slower, calming music.
- Finish with some deep breathing exercises and gentle stretches to relax the body.
