15 Minute Mongolian Lamb Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 450g Microwave White Long Grain Rice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 500g Simply Cook Mongolian Lamb Stir Fry
  • 280g Simply Cook Saute Kit Asian Greens

Cooking Method

  1. Microwave rice as per packet directions
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick fry pan over high heat. Add lamb stir for 2-3 minutes. Remove to a bowl.
  3. Add vegetable to the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes or until bright green and tender. Return lamb to the pan with 100ml water and bring to boil.
  4. Divide rice among shallow bowls, top with lamb and vegetables and serve.
